Ansvarsområden
- Directly responsible for managing product knowledge, profitability, quality, and effectiveness for the team.
- Focus on leading and managing a team of CSRs to meet company objectives.
- Develop competencies of CSRs and ensure behaviors align with Transcom goals.
- Keep motivation high by adapting leadership style to individual needs.
- Create an environment conducive to success by promoting and recognizing initiatives.
- Ensure high employee satisfaction and attendance.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation amongst team members and colleagues.
- Lead by example.
- Take full responsibility and required action on disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure team members meet targets consistently for the Reward Fund.
Krav
- Telco experience is a plus.
- With leadership experience and good effective feedback skills.
- Promote communication and be open to feedback.
