Ansvarsområden

  • Manage a shift and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Develop and refer to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
  • Identify business impact of trends and make data-backed decisions.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Escalate problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
  • Facilitate flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve issues impacting customer experience/business continuity.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Basic understanding of the logistics space.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
  • Ability to come up with process improvements and drive them through completion.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
