Responsibilities
- Manage a shift and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
- Develop and refer to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
- Identify business impact of trends and make data-backed decisions.
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
- Escalate problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
- Facilitate flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve issues impacting customer experience/business continuity.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
- Basic understanding of the logistics space.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
- Ability to come up with process improvements and drive them through completion.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
