Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Lead for its Middle Mile Sort Center operations in Haryana. This role involves managing a team of associates, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of sortation operations, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in a relevant field.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage a team of 30–80+ associates during an assigned shift.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of sortation operations.
  • Conduct pre-shift planning, including staffing review and area readiness checks.
  • Deliver shift briefings and verify associate logins and scanning.
  • Drive performance metrics across inbound, sortation, and outbound processes.
  • Manage priorities, track quality, and monitor time on task.
  • Conduct safety audits and enforce PPE/ergonomic standards.
  • Lead incident response and yard safety initiatives.
  • Provide floor engagement, real-time coaching, and feedback to associates.
  • Complete shift handovers, participate in Kaizens, and drive defect reduction.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and peak/holiday seasons.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
