Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 30–80+ associates during an assigned shift.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of sortation operations.
- Conduct pre-shift planning, including staffing review and area readiness checks.
- Deliver shift briefings and verify associate logins and scanning.
- Drive performance metrics across inbound, sortation, and outbound processes.
- Manage priorities, track quality, and monitor time on task.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce PPE/ergonomic standards.
- Lead incident response and yard safety initiatives.
- Provide floor engagement, real-time coaching, and feedback to associates.
- Complete shift handovers, participate in Kaizens, and drive defect reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and peak/holiday seasons.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and peak/holiday seasons.
- Bachelor's degree.
