Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for its transportation team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves end-to-end operations management, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement within the delivery station. Ansvarsområden

  • Define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
  • Engage closely with the delivery team, including associates, developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance through process and training improvements.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.

  • Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Good communication skills; ability to communicate and explain to individuals and the team what needs to be achieved.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
