Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for their Pune office to support India, the Middle East, and Africa. This full-time, on-site role involves partnering with business leaders to attract top talent, develop recruitment strategies, lead campus hiring initiatives, and enhance employer branding. A Master's degree and 5-10 years of progressive TA experience, particularly in IT recruitment and across the specified regions, are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for India, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Drive high-quality hiring outcomes through structured and unbiased recruitment processes.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead recruitment for IT and Technology related roles.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights related to technology skills, compensation, and competitor practices.
  • Design and deliver Young Talent and Campus Recruitment programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Plan and execute campus hiring activities, career fairs, and employer branding events.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop annual campus hiring plans.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the organization's employer brand.
  • Analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Drive recruitment process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in and lead recruitment events and networking forums.
  • Manage compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Mentor and support colleagues by sharing recruiting best practices and market knowledge.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

Krav

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 -10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including substantial experience in IT and Technology recruitment.
  • Experience supporting hiring across India and/or Middle East & Africa markets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Campus Recruitment, Graduate Hiring, Internship Programs, and Young Talent initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, headhunting, and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and talent analytics.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and experience managing offer negotiations.
