Ansvarsområden

Support partners with integrations and technical questions, guiding them through a smooth onboarding.
Work with partners and internal teams to help them integrate with bank systems.
Act as a link for sales teams by helping them understand and sell the product effectively.
Investigate integration and onboarding issues, find the root cause, and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with technical and operational colleagues to improve support, onboarding, and documentation.

Krav

Fluent English and Latvian.
Experience in technical support, integration support, onboarding, or a similar role working with partners.
Understanding of APIs and web technologies, including HTTP, REST, JSON, and webhooks.
Experience working with external partners in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical topics in plain language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated environment is an advantage.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is an advantage.
