Ansvarsområden
- Analyze supply and supplier performance to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve delivery precision, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply reliability.
- Translate business needs into concrete actions and requirements for suppliers, and follow through to secure results.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to drive end-to-end optimization.
- Support supplier management with data-driven insights in supplier development and negotiations.
- Develop and implement structured problem-solving approaches (e.g. WCM) to address performance gaps.
- Utilize and continuously improve planning systems, tools and ways of working within SSN.
Krav
- A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience within supply chain, supply network, inventory management or supplier management.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw actionable conclusions.
- A structured approach to problem solving (e.g. WCM or similar methodologies).
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in Power BI; knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis Maestro is a plus.
- Basic programming skills (e.g. DAX or Python) are considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
