Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Relay Operations Center (ROC) in Hyderabad. This role focuses on managing real-time disruptions in the North American and European transportation network, requiring collaboration with tech and site partners to develop automated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Identify improvement opportunities and gaps in existing processes.
  • Work with key stakeholders to execute and resolve identified issues.
  • Define goals and design long-term strategies, including vision definition.
  • Ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable.
  • Use expertise and judgment to determine the right stakeholders for informed decisions.
  • Pull data from numerous databases (Excel, Access, SQL, etc.) for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Manage complex problems, decisions, and escalations, mitigating long-term risks.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
