Ericsson is seeking a Strategy Analyst Intern in Plano, Texas, to analyze markets, competitors, customers, and emerging technologies. This role provides hands-on experience in strategy and market intelligence, turning complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth.

Ansvarsområden

Analyze market, customer, competitor, technology, and business-performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and implications.
Research emerging solutions, use cases, industry players, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Build Excel models, scenario analyses, benchmarks, and charts to support business planning and strategic recommendations.
Contribute to market intelligence deliverables, including competitor assessments and market sizing.
Help structure complex business problems, formulate hypotheses, and synthesize findings into clear conclusions.
Develop concise presentations and written materials to tell engaging stories for stakeholders.
Create reusable templates, dashboards, and research approaches to improve team efficiency.
Participate in workshops and meetings, capturing decisions and tracking actions.
Use approved AI and analytics tools responsibly to accelerate research and analysis.
Develop professional capabilities through structured problem solving, data analysis, and executive communication.

Krav

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
Highly analytical mindset and curiosity about technology, markets, customers, and business models.
Demonstrated personal drive and a record of pursuing ambitious goals.
Ability to break down unfamiliar problems and work with incomplete information.
Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data.
Experience with Excel modeling, charts, and scenario analysis.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Word.
Collaborative, proactive working style and ability to build relationships across functions.
Interest in telecommunications, wireless networks, AI, cloud, or emerging technologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data and visualization tools is a plus, but not required.
2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks.
Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, master’s, or PhD on a full-time basis at a four-year college or university at the time of the internship.
