Amazon Payments is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Worldwide Installments team. This role involves driving complex, cross-organizational technical programs related to installment payment systems, with a focus on availability and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical program management, software development, and managing engineering teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own programs with significant complexity and broad cross-organizational or deep architectural impact.
  • Drive large engineering efforts to solve complex problems for internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies, architectures, and engineering organization structures.
  • Scope, plan, implement, and deliver projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals.
  • Drive projects cross-functionally and build partnerships with other organizations.
  • Work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met.
  • Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms.
  • Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests.
  • Deliver findings, recommendations, and remediation steps.

Krav

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
