Responsibilities
- Own programs with significant complexity and broad cross-organizational or deep architectural impact.
- Drive large engineering efforts to solve complex problems for internal teams and external partners.
- Identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies, architectures, and engineering organization structures.
- Scope, plan, implement, and deliver projects and programs.
- Collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals.
- Drive projects cross-functionally and build partnerships with other organizations.
- Work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met.
- Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms.
- Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests.
- Deliver findings, recommendations, and remediation steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
