- Good documentation skills
- Good working knowledge in MS OFFICE
- Should have a good customer handling skills
- Able to handle unforeseen situations
- High level of acceptance
- Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology
- Worked on Production systems
- Working Knowledge on Remedy or any other ticketing tools
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- 4-6 Years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 3 yrs in AS/400 Administration / Support
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Good to have “IBM AS/400 certified Professional” certificate.
- Good to have ITIL foundation certified certification.
