HCLTech is seeking a Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations) in Noida, India. This role involves administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps & Desktops, and ADC (NetScaler) environments as the highest level of technical escalation. Responsibilities include managing complex issues, design recommendations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and support Citrix DaaS environments, including Cloud services like DaaS, Cloud Connectors, Secure Private Access, Workspace, and Federated Authentication.
Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments, creating and managing Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, Policies, Published Applications, and Published Desktops.
Administer Citrix ADC appliances (VPX/MPX/SDX), configuring Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, Gateway, Content Switching, GSLB, Rewrite & Responder Policies, and WAF.
Handle L3 incidents and critical production outages, performing detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Analyze Citrix Director and Monitor data, conducting performance tuning for VDAs, StoreFront Servers, Delivery Controllers, and ADC Appliances.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Citrix SDK, and other automation tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including operational runbooks and SOPs.
