Ansvarsområden
- Execute customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer operational performance, analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and manage customer data within ERP systems.
- Partner with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to manage customer credit lines and resolve issues.
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify opportunities for business growth and process optimization.
- Lead and support operational and analytical activities for assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
- Develop and implement solutions to operational challenges.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related business operations role.
- Experience analyzing data, developing reports, and using insights to drive business decisions and customer performance improvements.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
