ABB is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer specializing in LV Switchgear OEM Sales to be based in Pune, Maharashtra. This full-time, on-site role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving order growth within the Electrification Smart Buildings Business.

Ansvarsområden

  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales plans, conduct performance reviews, and implement recovery actions.
  • Manage leads and opportunities through SFDC.
  • Ensure timely offer submission and conversion to orders.
  • Generate targeted sales volume and profitability through an effective sales process.
  • Manage timely collection of due payments and ensure closure of sales-related liabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and promoting full product offerings.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Krav

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with technical grounding.
  • 8–10 years of overall sales experience.
  • 7–8 years of specific experience in low-voltage switchgear.
  • Extensive handling of OEM customers (mandatory).
  • Capability to facilitate business growth through strategic OEM engagement and opportunity development.
  • Effective marketing activities and clear value proposition communication.
  • Adept at generating targeted sales volumes through comprehensive technical understanding and market insight.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and support long-term business retention through solution-oriented sales.
