- Run structured account governance including QBRs, health checks, and roadmap alignment sessions.
- Represent strategic customer needs in CAM product planning and influence the product roadmap.
- Create reference stories and proof points to support new business development.
Krav
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining program requirements.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
