Amazon is seeking a Sr Ops Executive for their Removal Supply Chain team in Karnataka, India. This role involves end-to-end ownership of order creation for vendor returns and liquidation, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and strengthening reconciliation reporting to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage end-to-end order creation process for vendor returns and liquidation removals.
  • Ensure timely processing, accurate data capture, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Identify root causes of vendor and liquidator issues (shipment, contract, invoice, product) and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain reconciliation reports to track order accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in dispute handling, order creation, and reconciliation reporting.
  • Recommend and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor order creation health, dispute trends, and reconciliation accuracy.
  • Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations.
  • Manage disputes and follow through with cross-functional teams for reconciliation.
  • Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience.
  • Conduct weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to dive deep into data and uncover root causes.
  • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of dispute resolution, order creation, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to think beyond existing processes to develop new solutions.
  • Results-oriented approach using data and automation to improve processes.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround.
