Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order creation process for vendor returns and liquidation removals.
- Ensure timely processing, accurate data capture, and adherence to SLAs.
- Identify root causes of vendor and liquidator issues (shipment, contract, invoice, product) and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain reconciliation reports to track order accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for automation in dispute handling, order creation, and reconciliation reporting.
- Recommend and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop dashboards to monitor order creation health, dispute trends, and reconciliation accuracy.
- Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations.
- Manage disputes and follow through with cross-functional teams for reconciliation.
- Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience.
- Conduct weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Strong analytical skills to dive deep into data and uncover root causes.
- Ability to manage the full lifecycle of dispute resolution, order creation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to think beyond existing processes to develop new solutions.
- Results-oriented approach using data and automation to improve processes.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance.
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround.
