Amazon Leo is seeking a strategic, data-driven Network Planning leader to redefine B2B customer experience using AI, automation, and predictive analytics. This high-impact role involves architecting workforce strategy, optimizing supply and demand, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Ansvarsområden
- Own end-to-end Supply and Demand planning for Amazon Leo's B2B Customer Service organization.
- Develop multi-horizon forecasts (short, medium, and long-range) aligning workforce supply with demand.
- Leverage AI tools, machine learning models, and automation to enhance forecast accuracy and identify capacity risks.
- Integrate AI chatbot deflection metrics and automation rates into capacity models.
- Design and drive workforce strategies optimizing cost, quality, and customer experience.
- Translate complex data and capacity insights into executive-ready narratives.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Build and maintain robust scenario models for business growth and market shifts.
- Define and track WFM KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to modernize planning processes through automation and AI.
Krav
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
