Exceptional opportunity to work in QCT Finance, managing R&D headcount and expense reporting for various business units. The role involves consolidation, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and presentations, with extensive use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau. Requires a self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

Manage R&D headcount and expense reporting for Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech business units.
Consolidate R&D actuals and forecasts by project and group.
Allocate headcount and expense targets to groups and business units.
Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, financial reporting, and management-level presentations.
Perform ad hoc analysis and proactively improve business processes impacting finance.
Work closely with Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance business unit teams, as well as QCT’s Engineering Planning Roadmap.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
Extensive Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau use.
Self-motivated and produces an accurate work product.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable managing various projects and deliverables.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
Prior work experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Strict attention to detail.
Tableau and Cognos TM1 (or similar) experience is preferred.
Proficient use of Analytical Tools and frameworks.
