Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and resolve receivables related queries.
  • Support Amazon’s customers to resolve billing issues and reconcile accounts.
  • Drive monthly collection targets.
  • Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls for timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain detailed post correspondence update on accounts receivable records.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and queries.
  • Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to management.
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process.
  • Meet the monthly productivity goals.
  • Reconcile complex accounts.
  • Work on manual email assignment queues.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.
