Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve receivables related queries.
- Support Amazon’s customers to resolve billing issues and reconcile accounts.
- Drive monthly collection targets.
- Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls for timely collection of payments.
- Maintain detailed post correspondence update on accounts receivable records.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and queries.
- Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to management.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process.
- Meet the monthly productivity goals.
- Reconcile complex accounts.
- Work on manual email assignment queues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.
