Maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve ad-hoc requests.
Provide support for enhancements and new developments based on business/client requirements.
Offer client support by presenting data, information, and ticket resolutions.
Perform day-to-day support activities, including monitoring client requirements.
Keep track of schedules for on-time delivery of assigned tasks with defined quality standards.
Create documents for CMMi and client requirements.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Krav

Ability to write, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code.
Skills in troubleshooting bugs and resolving issues.
Experience in providing client support and handling requests.
Capability to work with functional and technical teams.
Understanding of CMMi documentation requirements.
Experience in providing technical guidance to junior developers.
