  • Perform day-to-day support activities, including monitoring client requirements.
  • Keep track of schedules for on-time delivery of assigned tasks with defined quality standards.
  • Create documents for CMMi and client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements

  • Ability to write, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Skills in troubleshooting bugs and resolving issues.
  • Experience in providing client support and handling requests.
  • Capability to work with functional and technical teams.
  • Understanding of CMMi documentation requirements.
  • Experience in providing technical guidance to junior developers.
