Amazon is seeking a Sr. Compliance Associate-Quality Analyst for its Global Solutions Risk and Compliance (GSRC) team in Pune, India. Ansvarsområden

Perform quality audits on a daily basis using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Achieve self-utilization, productivity, and quality as per defined targets.
Comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.
Identify anomalies through audits (SOP defects, Process gaps etc.).
Identify defects & preliminary root causes, and explain the rationale.
Propose solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with managers.
Conduct research to find specific information (e.g., products, regulations) in a timely manner.
Prepare key insight trends and share reports on a regular basis.
Provide feedback to associates and close the loop on audit observations.
Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flag any updates to Lead/Manager.

Krav

Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel. Proficiency is an advantage.
Strong attention to details.
Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – finding specific information about products in a timely manner.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree.
Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes.
Database management is an added advantage.
Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management / FMCG company / Corporate role.
Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems.
Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
