Ansvarsområden

Performs daily quality audits using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet utilization, productivity, and quality targets.
Comprehends SOPs with minimal support and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Identifies anomalies through audits, including SOP defects and process gaps.
Explains the rationale behind identified defects and preliminary root causes.
Proposes solutions for quality and productivity enhancements and works on milestones with managers.
Conducts research to find specific information (e.g., products, regulations) in a timely manner.
Prepares key insight trends and shares reports regularly.
Provides feedback to associates and closes the loop on audit observations.
Responds to stakeholders with guidance and flags updates to Lead/Manager.

Krav

Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
Decision-making aptitude based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research to find specific information about products in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.

Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes; Database management is an added advantage.
Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management / FMCG company / Corporate role.
Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems.
Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
