Seeking a Sr Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh to support the FSO team by managing OSS queues and identifying opportunities for SD support. This role involves proactive support to enhance DEX scores, engineer attendance tracking, and OSS resource management. Additionally, you will manage partner relationships, including booking engineers, validating invoices, and assisting the MEU ops lead.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support FSO team by routing tickets to OSS queues where physical intervention is not mandatory.
  • Identify opportunities and create KBs for future cases to be supported by SD.
  • Assist OSS organization with tasks like returns coordination, ticket review, and Smart hands coordination.
  • Provide proactive support to improve DEX score.
  • Manage engineer attendance by conducting daily checks and aligning with partners for missed visits.
  • Maintain the Ready to Work tracker and the backfill tracker, ensuring proactive checks before account expirations.
  • Manage partner relationships, including booking backfill engineers, validating monthly billing/invoice approvals, and assisting the MEU ops lead.
