Ansvarsområden
- Monitor enterprise WLAN services.
- Support wireless user connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot authentication failures.
- Manage guest wireless services.
- Support SSID administration activities.
- Resolve wireless incidents.
- Support L1 team and troubleshoot wireless client issues.
- Support roaming investigations.
- Escalate RF-related and complex issues to L3.
- Perform SSID provisioning.
- Support AP deployment.
- Update controller configurations.
- Implement WLAN policies.
- Validate AP health.
- Monitor controller availability.
- Support firmware compliance activities.
- Assist in wireless performance reporting.
Krav
- 3-5 years of Wireless Operations experience.
- Experience supporting Cisco or Aruba wireless networks.
- Good understanding of WLAN fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Cisco WLC 9800, Cisco Access Points, Aruba Central, and Aruba Controllers.
- Skills in WLAN Troubleshooting, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X Fundamentals, and RADIUS Basics.
