We are looking for a Sr Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Remote Desktop Support to join our RDS team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves planning and installing hardware/software, providing remote support, and managing incidents and tickets. Must have experience with international customers and willingness to work 24x7 shifts.

Ansvarsområden

Assist in planning and installation of desktop hardware and software.
Provide mobile device and remote support.
Deliver fixes at the desktop level, including software upgrades, backups, and system configuration.
Handle first contact resolution of desktop issues or follow escalation procedures.
Utilize collaboration tools and follow best practice ticket management processes.
Train, motivate, and develop operations staff.
Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate with stakeholders.
Conduct post-incident reviews.

Krav

Minimum 4 years of experience in Remote Desktop Support.
Must have worked for an International Customer.
Should have Escalation Handling experience.
Willing to work in 24x7 shifts.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.
Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
Exceptional customer-facing skills.
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and service delivery.
Strong organizational skills.
Capacity to train and guide junior team members.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proactive attitude.
