This role requires an experienced Administrator for Support & Operations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure positive customer feedback and seamless operations.

Ansvarsområden

Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Provide support for complex incidents escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for technical & security issues.
Engage in value-adding activities such as Knowledge Base update & management, training freshers, and coaching analysts.
Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams for seamless operations & security.
Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution, minimum rejected resolutions/reopened Cases, and mitigating security threats.
