Deploy and manage applications, updates, security baselines, and configuration policies through Intune.
Collaborate with workplace, infrastructure, security, and service management teams to improve endpoint management capabilities and user experience.
Support migration initiatives from traditional endpoint management solutions to cloud-based management platforms.
Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, application distribution, and compliance-related issues.
Implement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with organizational governance and security standards.
Support Microsoft Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle management processes.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Monitor service performance, endpoint compliance, and operational metrics, recommending improvements where required.
Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
