- Mentor and support team members in their technical growth through knowledge-sharing sessions and constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with development processes by participating in technical discussions, reviews, and evaluating technical alternatives.
- Prepare and submit status reports to stakeholders, minimizing exposure and risks, and addressing escalation closures effectively.
Krav
- Strong understanding of Spring Boot and its ecosystem, including Hibernate and Java.
- In-depth knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Solid proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with database management and ORM frameworks, particularly with Hibernate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
