Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions by defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards in Spring Boot development.
  • Develop and enhance web applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate, ensuring efficient integration and optimizing performance.
  • Mentor and support team members in their technical growth through knowledge-sharing sessions and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with development processes by participating in technical discussions, reviews, and evaluating technical alternatives.
  • Prepare and submit status reports to stakeholders, minimizing exposure and risks, and addressing escalation closures effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Spring Boot and its ecosystem, including Hibernate and Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Solid proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with database management and ORM frameworks, particularly with Hibernate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
