HCLTech is seeking a Specialist Invoice Processor for their Finance and SCM team in Lucknow, India. The role involves managing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and contributing to process improvements. A B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA degree is required, with certifications in Accounts Payable or Finance Management being a valuable asset.

Ansvarsområden

Handle vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
Manage and process domestic and international payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany transfers.
Adjust debit/credit notes during invoice payment processing.
Coordinate with the vendor master team for currency and payment method checks (Ech/Check).
Ensure all due payments are picked up for payments in the proposal and handle exceptions.
Draft payment proposals and share them with business/treasury for approvals.
Monitor and reconcile payment transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Krav

Strong understanding of the Invoice to Pay process and Accounts Payable operations.
Proficient in written and verbal communication with a service-oriented mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality reviews of financial transactions.
Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration with Finance Operations.
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to invoice processing.

Önskade kvalifikationer

B.Com / M.Com / Bba / Mba required.
Certifications in Accounts Payable or Finance Management (optional but valuable).
