The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1.5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, and strong English communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions.
Suggest process improvements in the respective support.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.).
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
