Are you an Accounts Payable professional seeking career growth? This role in Mandaluyong, Philippines involves processing general ledger transactions, including invoice issue resolution, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end activities. You will collaborate with internal and external customers to identify operational improvements and provide excellent financial services.

Ansvarsområden

Process general ledger transactions, including invoice issue resolution, Intercompany statement reconciliation, manual journal entries, goods-in-transit calculation, accruals, and other month-end activities and reports.
Investigate and resolve issues with AP invoices.
Perform Intercompany statement reconciliation and goods-in-transit calculation, analyzing account details to validate balance correctness and reconcile with other system modules.
Collaborate closely with various partners for critical deliverables.
Check for completeness and validate the compliance of reports.
Prepare and post Journal entries; troubleshoot and resolve disputes encountered on entries.
Prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements.
Assist in preparing ad hoc reports, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Oracle/SAP systems.
Solid understanding of Internal Control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
