Emerson is seeking a Specialist I Cash Application professional to join their finance team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This role involves providing first-line credit and collection services to enhance collection efforts and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a finance field and at least one year of experience in customer service or BPO.

Ansvarsområden

Review received payments (bank statements) daily.
Match received payments to open receivables utilizing available payment details and remittance advice from customers.
Ensure accurate and timely allocation of all payment types (wire, credit card, ACH, etc.) against invoices.
Run automated cash posting and demo memo creation, and fix upload errors.
Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in any finance field.
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or BPO related fields.
Very good English written and oral communication skills.
Amenable to working the night shift schedule.
