Ansvarsområden

Develops and continuously improves sourcing processes, frameworks, and tools for Professional Services categories.
Leads and executes category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partners with internal stakeholders to provide data‑driven sourcing options and recommendations.
Performs and oversees advanced spend, market, and supplier analysis.
Defines and executes contract and commercial negotiation strategies.
Collaborates cross‑functionally and with suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
Manages multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Re‑scopes initiatives as business needs evolve.

Krav

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience, OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Deep expertise in indirect procurement.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
