Responsibilities
- Develops and continuously improves sourcing processes, frameworks, and tools for Professional Services categories.
- Leads and executes category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partners with internal stakeholders to provide data‑driven sourcing options and recommendations.
- Performs and oversees advanced spend, market, and supplier analysis.
- Defines and executes contract and commercial negotiation strategies.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally and with suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
- Manages multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Re‑scopes initiatives as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Sourcing or related work experience, OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Deep expertise in indirect procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
