Microsoft is seeking a Solution Engineer, Apps & Agents in Canada to guide organizations in leveraging AI for transformation. This hybrid, full-time role involves pre-sales consulting, solution design, and delivering AI-infused demonstrations to secure customer endorsements and drive pipeline revenue. The position emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships and sharing technical expertise.

Ansvarsområden

Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement.
Engage with the account team to support solution envisioning sessions, deliver hackathons and workshops.
Lead discovery sessions in each opportunity, yielding output of customer-agreed business challenges and win themes prioritized with business value.
Leverage AI tools to be effective and efficient in identifying opportunities and closing deals faster.
Proactively deliver compelling customer-centric solution demonstrations with domain expertise with emphasis on storytelling, platform & one Microsoft approach.
Address solution architecture considerations in collaboration with GBBs and Partners.
Handle objections by leveraging competitive replacement programs and battle cards.
Assist in formalizing the customer proposal.
Collaborate with Partners and Customer Success to align on agreed upon deployment plan and Key Performance Indicators.
Ensure consumption model for Agents and adoption plan for Power Platform are in place for customers.

Krav

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot Studio).

Förmåner

Base pay range: CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.
