Ansvarsområden

Explore ASSA ABLOY's current generation planning approach, its value, and challenges.
Investigate divisional adaptations and research on strategic technology foresight and long-term portfolio planning.
Analyze how AI can support the collection, evaluation, analysis, and synthesis of generation planning inputs and outputs.
Develop an updated, academically supported approach to generation planning.
Make generation planning more efficient, evidence-informed, and useful across diverse businesses.

Krav

Knowledge of innovation management, product portfolio planning, and strategic foresight methods.
Practical familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of their limitations.
Comfort with facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across functions and businesses.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Miro collaboration tool is advantageous.
