Ansvarsområden

Define SAP GRC and BR&C target-state architecture, standards, and governance.
Lead solution design and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Emergency Access Management.
Establish and govern Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, mitigating business and regulatory risks.
Design enterprise-wide SAP Security and Authorization models across SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP applications.
Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and control effectiveness.
Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, and technical governance forums.
Provide strategic guidance for SAP security transformation, cloud adoption, and identity governance initiatives.
Mentor delivery teams and drive solution excellence across global implementations.

Krav

12+ years of SAP experience with 8+ years in SAP Security, GRC, and Compliance.
Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP GRC implementation programs.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Security, Access Governance, and Risk & Compliance.
Proven experience leading global SAP transformation and governance initiatives.
Experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).
Experience with SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS).
Experience with SAP BTP Security & Compliance.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Security.
Experience with SAP Ariba Security.
Knowledge of GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance.
TOGAF, CISA, CISSP, CRISC Certifications (preferred).
Familiarity with AI-enabled Compliance and Risk Monitoring.
