Microsoft is seeking a Software Engineering IC2 to design and develop large-scale distributed software services and solutions for their Identity & Network Access (IDNA) organization. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with strong coding skills in languages like C++, Java, or Python, and focuses on building secure, reliable, and diagnosable cloud-native services.

Ansvarsområden

Designs and develops large scale distributed software services and solutions
Develops best-in-class engineering for services, ensuring they are well-defined, modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable
Considers testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understands when code is ready to be shared and delivered
Focuses on customer/partner needs through a data-driven approach
Troubleshoots and optimizes automation, reliability, and monitoring for LiveSite

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
