Ansvarsområden
- Work on Task Manager and other system tools/components as part of a software engineering team.
- Own multiple features end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Build solid Windows internals fundamentals, learn secure coding practices, and develop debugging skills.
- Create and implement code for products, services, or features, focusing on extensibility, maintainability, diagnosability, and reliability.
- Apply AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in coding.
- Develop clear test plans, define success criteria for unit tests, and improve test coverage with automation.
- Integrate instrumentation for gathering telemetry data on system behavior, including performance, reliability, and usage.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++ OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Förmåner
- Typical base pay range of $102,100 - $202,200 per year (US), with a higher range of $133,800 - $219,200 for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
