We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team building AI-powered systems for Selling Partner Negotiations and Experience. This role involves owning end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI capabilities and scalable negotiation technology using a modern tech stack including AWS, Machine Learning, and React.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead a team of 10+ SDEs.
- Build intelligent, AI-powered systems at the intersection of Selling Partner Negotiations and Selling Partner Experience.
- Own the delivery of Agentic AI capabilities (Selling Partner Chat Solution - Delphi) and scalable negotiation technology.
- Drive multi-agent orchestration, proactive recommendations, and data-driven negotiation solutions.
- Translate ambiguous GenAI and negotiation, communication problems into executable plans.
- Drive hiring to build a high-performing team.
- Influence technical direction at the intersection of retail strategy and engineering.
Krav
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.
