Amazon's Finance Technology group is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Hyderabad to build advanced machine learning and agentic AI systems for transaction analysis and fraud detection. The role involves designing and implementing ML pipelines, agentic AI applications, and data infrastructure, with opportunities to see ideas reach production quickly.

Ansvarsområden

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to production.
Design and build ML pipelines processing terabytes of data and scoring billions of dollars in transactions.
Build agentic AI applications powered by LLMs for risk pattern discovery and detection logic generation.
Develop knowledge and memory systems for agents, including vector stores and knowledge graphs.
Develop evaluation methods for agent effectiveness in fraud detection.
Build platform and tooling for safe and fast shipment of detection logic by agents and non-engineers.
Take models and agents from prototype to reliable, real-time production systems.

Krav

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing.
Experience in processing data with massively parallel technology (e.g., Redshift, Teradata, Netezza, Spark, Hadoop).
