We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to drive the development of data analytics and MIS solutions, optimize fraud detection, and ensure a safe online marketplace. This role involves developing strategies, building measurement frameworks, leveraging AI/GenAI tools, and leading a team to deliver insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Ansvarsområden

Define and execute data analytics strategy aligned to operational goals.
Improve data accuracy of key business metrics and optimize process flows.
Drive implementation of new tools, models, and AI-powered automation.
Build measurement frameworks, write business documents, develop visualizations, and deliver analytical narratives.
Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Program Managers.
Partner with senior operations leaders to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Manage relationships across global technical and non-technical teams.
Contribute to program and functional growth through innovation and scalable solutions.

Krav

5+ years of data interpretation and analysis to influence stakeholders.
5+ years of program or project Management experience.
6+ years of team management experience.
Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar.
5+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
5+ years of working cross functionally with non-tech teams experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.
Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.
