As a Subject Matter Expert in Wireless Networking, you will resolve escalations and incidents related to SDWAN and Wireless WLAN technologies, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. You will also mentor team members, develop SOPs, and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure timely resolution and compliance with quality standards for escalated tickets and incidents related to SDWAN and Wireless WLAN.
Mentor team members and administrators, prepare SOPs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Validate change order implementation plans and participate in capacity planning.
Engage in customer meetings to address issues, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
Analyze root cause and trend analysis reports for performance improvements.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in SDWAN technologies, including Cisco Wireless WLAN.
Strong understanding of network operations, incident management, and escalation procedures.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.
Familiarity with capacity planning and change management processes.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent SDWAN/WLAN certifications.
